How we work
From first call to a live product.
No fixed-scope guesswork and no black-box delivery. You know what stage you're at, always.
How it works
- 01
A first call to understand the problem, not to pitch a product. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
- 02
A scoped proposal, what we'll build, what it costs, and roughly when, set out in a Statement of Work before anything starts.
- 03
We build in stages you can see, with a working version to react to well before the end, not a single reveal at the finish.
- 04
Launch, with a defined handover: how you get support, and what happens if something breaks.
What that means in practice
Every engagement runs against a Statement of Work under our Terms of Service. Scope, fees and timelines are agreed in writing before work starts, and any change to that scope is agreed the same way before it happens.
Staged, not staged-and-silent
Where something is genuinely still in build or in pilot, we say so, on the site and in the engagement. "In pilot" isn't a caveat we hide. It's a status we're comfortable stating.
Tell us what you're trying to fix.
Three short steps. We reply from a real person, not a queue.
