Before you ask

What exactly does Solvant build?

Whatever the problem needs, from a single AI agent to a full platform. We don't work from a fixed catalogue. Hunter, Loop, Engine and Vault are examples of what that's produced: problems that came up often enough that we packaged what we learned into products of our own. If what you need doesn't look like any of them, that's normal.

Do we need an AI strategy already?

No, and most clients don't have one. We start with a specific thing that's taking too long or costing too much, and work backward from there. If AI genuinely isn't the answer, we'll tell you.

Where does an engagement start?

A first call to understand the actual problem, not to pitch a product. If we're not the right fit, we say so. If it's a fit, we send a scoped proposal: what we'll build, what it costs, and roughly when, set out in writing before anything starts.

Can we start with just one workflow?

Yes, that's the norm. Every engagement we've delivered so far has been scoped to one specific process (outbound email for one team, WhatsApp bookings for one shop), not a company-wide rollout. Small and working beats broad and stalled.

How quickly can something be working?

It depends on the scope, which is exactly what the proposal sets out before you commit to anything. You get a working version to react to well before the end, not a single reveal at the finish. Timelines are agreed upfront, not discovered halfway through.

Will this replace employees?

No. It removes the repetitive part of someone's job, not the person. Fahad, whose booking system we built, put it better than we could: it let him focus on running his shop instead of handling admin himself. Everything we build has a human checkpoint before it acts, and hands off to a person the moment it isn't sure. The work moves. The judgment stays with you.

Can Solvant connect to software we already use?

Yes, we build around what you already run. That's meant calendar and POS integration for booking, accounting-stack exports for billing, and connecting to wherever your documents already live for internal knowledge. Tell us what you run and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

What happens when the AI is unsure?

It stops and hands off to a person rather than guessing. That's a fixed rule, not a setting. A booking agent that isn't sure about a request escalates to staff. A knowledge assistant that can't find a confident answer says so instead of inventing one.

How is our data handled?

In line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. In practice: access controls and encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest. Your data is used only to deliver your engagement, never to train shared models. Any sub-processors we use are disclosed on request, and wherever we process data on your behalf, that's covered by a written data processing agreement. Full detail is on our security page.

Do we own what's built?

Yes. You own the deliverables built specifically for you, once fees are paid in full. We keep our own methods and tools, not the thing we build for you.

What happens after launch?

A defined handover, how you get support and what happens if something breaks, agreed as part of the original proposal rather than figured out afterward. From there we tune it against what actually happens once it's in use.

Do we need our own technical team?

No, we build and support what we deliver. If your team wants to be involved in integration decisions or has its own IT policies we need to work within, we're glad to work alongside them, but it's not a requirement to get started.
